Automatic Stamping Module

This electro-pneumatic equipment allows the regulation of parameters such as: stamping speed, racket pressure, angle of inclination and number of passes.
Automatic drying carriage
A little extra help is never too much! Introducing an automatic drying cart that can be used with gas or infrared; It is also programmable in speed, stops, time and restart.

- Formats: it is manufactured for any size of pre-dryer as well as for any size of table.
- Variable speed motor.

Semi-automatic fabric stamping machine
The use of high precision servomotors coupled with torque multiplier boxes allows us to guarantee a perfect positioning of the conveyor belt.
A touch control panel provides the possibility to regulate the main parameters, such as: feed speed, dwell time, feed length among others.
The stamping process can be manual or automatic, depending on the need.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Dimensions: 12 to 16 m. length (depending on the number of colors) x 2.20 m. wide.
- Capacity: fabric in rolls up to 1.80 m. wide.
- 2 a 4 colores.
- Gas pre-dryer with cannon type burner.
